A church that is:

Relevant:

• Relevant and culture forming so that the island of Jersey is transformed by christian influence, including the caring professions, the media, politics, sports, education and the business world.
• A worshipping church by living out a life of worship, which is expressed jointly as we gather together in a vibrant, exciting and relevant way.

Relational:

• Relational and welcoming, providing a sense of belonging and care, where people are encouraged to reach their full potential in all areas of their lives.
• Loving towards God and people, serving others and sharing this love in practical ways.
• A church that relates to other christian churches in the island and elsewhere in our shared common purpose of bringing in God's kingdom.

Ready:

• Made up of people who are taught, encouraged, equipped and ready to reach their full potential in all areas of their lives.
• Responsive and eager to fulfill God's call and purpose

Real:

• A church with real people, living in a real world, dealing with real problems, understanding the reality of God's grace and enabling.

Relentless:

• A church made up of people changed and empowered by the Holy Spirit by faith in God and having a wholehearted and relentless commitment to Jesus Christ.
• Persistent in prayer to see God's purposes fulfilled through the church.
